Who we are
These terms apply to any purchase from Omni Electronics and Services N.V., trading as Hitech, through usehitech.com and at our warehouse at Santa Rosa Weg 73, Willemstad, Curaçao. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders & pricing
Prices on the site are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order where a product has been mispriced or is out of stock.
An order is confirmed only once we’ve sent a written confirmation (email or message). Product photography is representative; small variations in finish, colour, and grain are inherent to handmade and natural materials.
Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and cash in store. For larger orders or custom work we may require a deposit before production begins; the balance is due before delivery.
Delivery & installation
Delivery is island-wide on Curaçao at the rate quoted at checkout or agreed in writing. International shipping is quoted on request. Risk of damage passes to you on delivery; installation by our team, where booked, is covered by our workmanship warranty below.
Returns
Unused, undamaged pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Custom orders, cut-to-length fixtures, installed pieces, and clearance items are final sale.
Warranty
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our installation workmanship is covered for one year. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear is not covered. Keep your receipt.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Curaçao, though we’d always rather sort things out over a coffee first.
